Community Gyms is a small, semi-private gym in a rural location. See map with contact info.
The facility we use has no mirrors, so there are no 'posers'. Semi-private means there may be one or two other people training at the same time as you- either with a trainer or individually.
We do not use machines like you would find in a 'normal' gym, we rely instead on free weights and your own body weight for resistance training. Sessions with us will be unlike any you've experienced before.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training, with 1-1 attention is by far the best way to see progress in the gym. Whether your goal is fat loss, athletic development or muscle building, we can help you to achieve these goals.
We recommend between 1-3 sessions per week.
GROUP
TRAINING
Spread the cost and keep the personal touch by coming with friends or family!
Group sizes can be 2 - 6 people.
